About Me

Personal Profile

Originally from Auckland, I moved to Wellington in 2023 to begin my Bachelor's degree in Spatial Design at Massey University. I completed my Bachelor's in 2025 with a excelling outome and am continuing on to my honours this year.

I absolutely love all things design! From fashion to photography to the fine arts, I have always leaned towards and found myself motivated by subjects that allow me to be imaginative, experimental, and hands-on. However, over these past years, I have been especially enjoying getting to fully focus on the spatial programme at Massey and beginning to find my niche interests within the field.

It's safe to say that I can give a fair amount of credit for my love of creating beautiful objects and expressive spaces to the homes and spaces I grew up in. I have always been surrounded by texture, colour, pattern, and the handmade. From intricately crafted shisha mirror cushions brought back from India, to hand-painted checker patterns lining our hallway, to collections of driftwood gathered from beaches across Aotearoa. These spaces fostered an early awareness of how environments can evoke emotion, spark joy, and hold meaning.

The flexibility of the Spatial Design programme at Massey University has allowed me to work across a range of areas, including urban landscaping, architectural conventions, lighting design, performance and exhibition design, immersive atmosphere creation, and temporary structures. I am especially motivated by the intersections between these disciplines, and by the potential for spatial design to bring together materiality, narrative, and sensory experience.
